About the Position
We are now seeking applications for our 2025 Graduate Program.
Join our growing, dynamic Environmental team based in Perth. As a Graduate Environmental engineer or scientist with PTG Consulting, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of experiences, technical leaders and pick-up essential tools and skills to help you advance to the next stage of your career.
You will:
- Experience on the job training to perform broad, varied and diverse tasks in an environment where you are supported to learn and grow.
- Work closely with your team to contribute to effective project delivery for our clients.
- Under direction and with support, apply your knowledge of engineering practices and procedures to reach solutions for our clients.
- Conduct field work/site inspections as required and undertake analysis of results/reporting to meet all client requirements.

You will also join PTG Group’s Graduate Development Program which will kick off in early 2025. The Program is designed to accelerate your early career development and is focused on technical development, professional development, networking and mentoring.

About You
- Recent graduate (or soon to be graduating) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Science with the ability to work full-time from early 2025.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to work autonomously and a keen focus on problem solving.
- Committed to collaborating across your team and the business more broadly to support efficient internal and external client delivery.
- Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental compliance requirements and a commitment to keeping safety at the core of everything you do.
- Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
