Collect, file and submit required candidate documentation in an efficient and timely manner.
- Promote the use of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Generate IMS Document review status reports
- Assist with administration of the IMS system
- Assist in the promotion of HSE related topics and notice board updates.
- Prepare Stop for Safety Presentation data.
- Responsible for providing and/or assisting with HSE support for day-to-day requests from operational stakeholders.
- Assist with HSE meeting data, agenda and minute preparation!
- Assist with HSE
End on Month (EOM) reporting.
- Updating monthly company hours for HSEQ purposes.
- Collate SkyTrust status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordination of the 2 yearly Workcover audio testing compliance regime and uploading results to skytrust.
- Assisting to book pre-employment medicals.
- Assist with Injury Management and workers compensation form collation and medical review bookings.
Support sub-contractor engagement processes including subcontractor Employee onboarding and compliancy.
- Upload and update Employee records on SkyTrust with tickets, licenses, personal details and verifications of competency.
- Assist in due diligence checks including DOT, HRWL, and VEVO checks (when required).
- Conducting regular training audits to ensure expiring documents are updated.
- Responsible for Chemalert assistance and updating.
- Assist in the promotion of Environmental and Sustainability initiatives and practices.
- Assist in the management of Change processes.
- Assist with information and document gathering for tenders.
- Research opportunities for Safety awards participation.
