The Role Gives Exposure To All Our Content And Technical Functions, Including Working With Manager And Asset Class Research, Investment Strategy And Portfolio Construction, Sustainability Research, Business Strategy And Governance.  The Role Provides An Excellent Opportunity For Someone To Develop Their Investment Skills And Allows Direct Engagement With Clients, Asset Managers And Industry Bodies.  The Role

• Working With Experienced Client-Facing Consultants And Analysts To Provide High-Quality Investment Advice And Implementation To Institutional Clients, Including Superannuation Funds, Redundancy And Long Service Leave Schemes, Insurance Companies, Private Wealth, Endowments And Foundations. 
• Developing Technical Knowledge Of Investment Across Asset Classes, WTW Investment Processes, Other House Views And Best Practices Through On-The-Job Learning, Internal And External Training And Access To Further Study And Mentoring
• Engaging And Establishing Professional Relationships With Various Industry Participants, Including Boards, Investment Committees, Fund Executives And Investment Managers
• Building Strong Relationships Internally And Collaborating Effectively On Cross-Functional Teams
• Supporting Other Team Members In Carrying Out Quantitative Analysis, Assisting In The Construction And Delivery Of Client Reports Across A Range Of Different Investment Topics And Asset Classes, And Contributing To A Collaborative And Inclusive Team Culture
• Thinking Creatively In The Development Of New Content, Tools And Approaches To Keep Us At The Forefront Of Best Practice.
• Working With The Global Sustainability Team To Help Clients Adapt To The Challenges Posed By Climate Change And Other Sustainability-Related Risks And Opportunities
• In Addition To Working Directly With Clients On Their Investment Portfolios, There Is Scope To Work With Our Investment Strategy, Portfolio Management, Sustainability And Investment Governance Functions

Qualifications The Requirements

• Relevant Experience Or Exposure To Investment Advisory Or Asset Management Is Favourable But Not Essential 
• A University Degree In An Area That Has Helped You Develop Your Analytical And Communication Skills, Such As Commerce, Finance, Science, Engineering Or Arts.
• Strong Project Management And Organisational Skills, With The Ability To Work On Multiple Tasks Simultaneously
• The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Colleagues And Clients And Contribute Positively To The Wider Investments Team Culture
• The Ability To Utilise Your Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Formulate And Present Recommendations Clearly And Concisely
• Being Adaptive, Fast-Learning, Reliable, Well-Organised, And Detail-Oriented 
• A Willingness And Ability To Learn And Upskill Across An Evolving Landscape And New Emerging Practices
