AddressWe have partnered with a leader in the property industry, who are looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team. Working alongside senior stakeholders in the business.
The Investment Analyst will research market trends and statistics to forecast immediate futures within the industry and determine the best use of cash according to a company's goals. You will also perform due diligence to real estate deals and interact with sellers and buyers in the and interact with sellers and buyers in the industrial sector.
About the role:
- Modelling and investment committee memo preparation.
- Working across private equity real estate transactions.
- Performing due diligence.
- Research on market trends.
- Cash flow analysis.
What you will be bring:
- Economics or business degree.
- Experience in relevant fields such as banking, management consulting, REITS.
