Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialised support globally, leveraging your growing knowledge of IT storage, server, and other systems and hardware products.
- Assist in the technical aspects of solution construction, implementation, and system integration.
- Support the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements.
- Develop skills and hands-on experience in subject matter areas including storage and server systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for client engagements and assist in designing and deploying solutions.
- Collaborate with technical consultants globally to develop new assets.
- Assist in conducting lab sessions/workshops on focus areas.
- Support PoCs for clients and internal teams as needed.
Requirements:Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Basic understanding of systems concepts and architecture.
- Familiarity with hybrid solutions.
- Basic knowledge of automation and scripting for day-to-day tasks.
- Understanding of disaster recovery planning and deployment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and an interest in developing innovative solutions using both proprietary and open-source technologies.
