The Opportunity
A key client of ours is seeking to engage suitably qualified, and experienced ICT Service Delivery Support Officers to deliver and support a range of ICT projects/programs. This role involves working with the Service Delivery team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of ICT services and systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing high-quality ICT Service Delivery and support in accordance with client’s standards and procedures.
- Managing and resolving incidents and service requests within agreed timelines and service levels.
- Monitoring and maintaining ICT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of Service Delivery processes, documentation, and knowledge bases.
- Perform research and analysis to make decisions that involve complex or escalated issues, longer-term planning, and liaison with other sections on policy, project or operational issues.
- Strong experience in ICT Service Delivery and support within a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience with ITIL-based service management frameworks and practices.
- Proficiency in using service management tools and technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
