The Role

Due to further growth, Andreyev Lawyers is seeking a graduate to join their vibrant team, consisting of highly capable graduates through to exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled Partners. Unlock your legal potential as a Graduate Lawyer with up to 1 year PQE, embarking on your legal journey with Andreyev Lawyers, where you will be empowered, supported and developed as you progress your career, becoming a sought after Lawyer.

Initially you aren’t expected to have a high level of technical experience. To support your early career development, dive into tailored training (3 sessions weekly, often over lunch provided by the firm), nurturing your skills and accelerating your legal capability.

Regular formal training, good systems and structure, along with the full support of the firm’s principals, affords you the opportunity to comfortably liaise directly with clients. You will derive a sense of satisfaction from meaningful client relationships whereby your work is notably valued. The principals don’t run their own files, and instead spend their time supporting you in your work and development.

Initially you will rotate between disciplines, and over time choose multiple areas of speciality, or niche into an area of law that you particularly enjoy.

Located primarily in the Adelaide CBD office, relish the opportunity to travel to Andreyev Lawyers’ Sydney office, as you will also support interstate clients in your role. Or conversely base yourself in the Sydney CBD office.

Competitive Salary

Your starting salary will be in the range of $75,000 - $80,000 inc Super, commensurate with your demonstrated capability and any experience to date. During your employment with Andreyev Lawyers, you have the ability to increase your salary beyond industry PQE norm based on performance.
