As a Funds Lawyer, you will be involved in:

- Disclosure assistance and advice (including Information Memorandum, Produce Disclosure Statements, Target Market Determinations and Design and Distribution Obligations advice)
- Fund manager mergers and acquisitions and fund restructures
- Management, custodian, and co-investment agreements
- Professional trustee advisory
- LP investment terms (including side letter arrangements)
- Australia financial services law compliance advice, including AFSL applications
- Fund deployment work, including private and public M&A, property and real asset transactions and credit
- Foreign investment advice
