Why Choose Ausenco?

  • Career Advancement: We believe in nurturing individual growth. As part of our program, you'll receive technical training, mentorship, and frequent networking opportunities to propel your career forward.
  • Work-Life Balance: Modern leave policies, including paid parental leave and floating public holidays, empower you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Holistic Wellness Approach: Your well-being matters. Access confidential services such as online health and fitness programs, financial coaching, and counselling.

  • Community Engagement and Social Activities: Whether it's volunteering, attending workshops, or joining interest groups, we encourage a sense of belonging and collaboration. Together, we create a vibrant and supportive community that enhances your overall experience.
  • Learning rotations: engage in a comprehensive rotation program that encompasses site-based experiences and diverse non-core rotations, including Business Development and Health and Safety.

About You

  • Qualifications: Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Status: You should be in your final year of study or have recently graduated, with the ability to work full-time starting from January 2025.
  • Engineering Exposure: While previous exposure to engineering is advantageous, it is not essential.
  • Eligibility: You must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this position.
