AddressClever Cow Bookkeeping is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper / BAS Agent to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial well-being of our clients, empowering them to focus on what they do best – building!
Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts, maintain accuracy, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, Wages Declarations, and Superannuation.
- Manage bookkeeping and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with clients and accountants to address bookkeeping queries.
Skills and Experience
- Qualified BAS Agent with a minimum of 2 years' bookkeeping experience (construction industry experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Xero and MYOB accounting software, with knowledge of additional programs a plus.
- Detailed-oriented, with a meticulous eye for accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
