The Role: Graduate Mental Health Nurse Program
As one of the largest public Mental Health Services in Victoria, Northern Health is a great place to start your journey in Mental Health nursing. We have opportunities for newly graduating registered nurses.

With more beds opening, it is a great time to join the team at the Northern Health Division of Mental Health. We have strong Mental Health nursing representation across the division, good nursing leadership structures and a growing research program. We actively encourage and support further study for nurses working towards Masters and other specialist qualifications. We have a lot to offer in terms of helping you build your career in Mental Health nursing.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Equivalent
• A passion for Mental Health nursing and the desire to make a difference
• Registration as a Registered Nurse by Jan 2025
