Contract Duration: 12 weeks (extensions available)
Location: Goulburn Valley, Victoria
Salary: $77.41 - $85.72 per hour + Superannuation, Penalty Rates, and Allowances
Role Overview:
In this vital role, you will deliver compassionate and comprehensive Mental Health services to our community. You will work closely with individuals to manage their Mental Health conditions, providing therapeutic interventions and promoting Mental Health awareness and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for patients with complex Mental Health conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
- Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support for managing Mental Health.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance Mental Health literacy and resources.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Specialized qualifications or experience in Mental Health nursing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
