Our design values are shared globally across all the Hassell studios, by the talented people who work in them: architects, interior designers, landscape architects, urban designers, planners and specialist consultants.

About the role
Come and work with a dynamic and highly skilled team to deliver exciting and unique projects in the early concept and schematic design phases. You will work in a partnership with talented staff across our studios in a multi-disciplinary and connected team. We have a range of projects in the early design phases that needs a talented Graduate of Architecture to prepare concept design proposals working with Senior Designers and Knowledge Leaders to create places people love. We have an active design culture across all our studios informed by a clearly articulated design process, communicating with conceptual clarity and regular design reviews to ensure our solutions are world-class and exceed client's expectations.
About you

• Bachelor Degree, or higher qualification, in Architecture
• Having well rounded design skills. Creating designs through freehand sketching, two-dimensional and three-dimensional computer graphics, including animation and physical model making.
• Proficiency in Revit and associated visualisation software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Lumion, V-Ray Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• General Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to seek information and listening to and acting on feedback.
• Ability to take on responsibility for own development and learning.
• Working effectively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
• Effectively planning and prioritising own work. Delivering within agreed timeframes.
• Has a commitment to an environment that promotes and aligns with Hassell's Values.
