The Opportunity

As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.

This two-year program will challenge your thinking across a multitude of Engineering fundamentals, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects over a number of rotations throughout the business. 

With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining and energy industry. 

Working in the Energy business you will be responsible for

  • Delivery of Petroleum Engineering works required in
  • Support of well engineering and testing
  • Field development planning
  • Field production
  • Ongoing reservoir management activities.

Requirements for the role

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

  • Graduated by the end of 2024 in a Bachelors of Engineering in Petroleum or Reservoir and  have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
  • have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
  • Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
