Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team and drive the development of our well and subsurface integrity services business line. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting current operations on ongoing projects while spearheading the growth of our integrity services for petroleum wells.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for the development of A60N's well and subsurface integrity services.
- Develop integrity services for petroleum wells based on a life cycle perspective; from design to plugging and abandonment.
- Generate technical materials and reports to support project deliverables.
- Stay knowledgeable regarding onshore and offshore regulations in ANZ / PNG.
- Comprehend and apply international standards such as NACE, API, ASTM, ISO, etc.
- Develop proposals and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Petroleum Engineering is mandatory. Master's Degree preferred.
- Field engineering experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience working for engineering commercial and technical departments.
- Exposure to clients with different backgrounds and ability to communicate effectively.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of asset integrity management principles.
- Business and results oriented
- Experience in well construction, well integrity and drilling fluids.
-Experience in providing analytical solutions for the Upstream industry, particularly identifying unknown deposits.
- Knowledge of subsea operations and offshore drilling practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for engineering analysis and design.
