Administration Officer – Part time Job Share
We are seeking a part time, experienced administration officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Booragoon to commence in May 2024.
Your main duties will include:
- email, file and diary management;
- liasing with clients and third parties, including, answering the telephone, arranging appointments etc.;
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word;
- typing Court documents;
- processing billing;
- maintaining stationery and office supplies;
- maintaining the general tidiness of the office; and
- general duties – mail, filing & archiving.
Attributes/Skills required:
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High standard of English and grammar
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
Currently seeking 15 - 20 hours per week.
