The Role as a Graduate Portfolio Administrator

• The review and preparation of quarterly performance and investment reports for allocated clients
• Supporting the Relationship Managers in all aspects of data management and administration of asset values for allocated client portfolios.
• Data management of allocated clients’ portfolio data in Netwealth and Xplan, including data feeds, corporate actions, trade reconciliations and other tasks as required by the Relationship Managers.
• Establishing investment accounts through applications and account change requests. Managing the implementation and in-specie transfer of assets to new investment accounts.
• Compiling and sending requested taxation information for accountants as requested.

The Person as a Graduate Portfolio Administrator 

• Graduate Degree in a related field 
• Sharp, Intelligent and hard working 
• A understanding of investments and financial planning 
• Strong IT skills 
• Professional and great attention to detail
