Our Graduate Program
Our program is designed to provide a customised learning experience that allows you to develop and grow across a range of projects in Engineering.
We will provide you with the essential knowledge and skills required to excel in this career, such as project engineering and exploring opportunities in the engineering space. With a focus on individual development, our program ensures you have access to the resources and support needed to achieve your professional goals.
Why our program?
We offer a comprehensive 18-month development opportunity for recent graduates interested in building a career in the construction industry, offering valuable experience for graduates seeking to establish themselves.
The program provides the support of experienced industry leaders who serve as mentors to guide graduates through the learning process. We offer hands-on learning, training, and development opportunities as a core component of the program, which equips graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their future roles.
Performance development reviews are conducted every six months to ensure continuous learning and development. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are offered permanent opportunities within the team.
The program provides opportunities to work across various locations in Victoria, Western Australia, and Queensland, allowing graduates to gain exposure to different environments and projects.
Eligibility
- In your final year of university
- Recent Graduate in Engineering (Civil, Environmental) Construction Management, Project Management, Construction Economics, Design, Quantity Surveying, Science (Environmental or Sustainability, or law
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident, or have a relevant Work Visa
