Job Description:

Working closely with your experienced Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Identify and search for candidates through utilising various searching tools and activities.
- Engage, consult, and connect with candidates to determine suitability for positions, understand their job preferences, and provide helpful career advice.
- Create and edit position descriptions, selection criteria, and job advertisements on behalf of clients.
- Qualify candidates through effective phone screening, interviewing, technical testing, and reference checks.
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding checks on behalf of clients.
- Build, maintain and manage high quality relationships with candidates and colleagues.

We're looking for someone who loves the hunt and is focused on attracting candidates for both contract and permanent positions. You'll thrive as you develop strong relationships, and a deep understanding of our candidates needs and requirements.
