The role
Our team is seeking a driven and outgoing Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join them. This will initially be a support position assisting our Senior Consultant in our commercial property team, where you will be working towards becoming a 360 Consultant where you will thrive in a busy and fast-paced desk.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Screening and interviewing candidates;
• Preparing and editing resumes;
• Sourcing candidates on various platforms;
• Reviewing applications;
• Advertising jobs; and
• Conducting reference checks
• Database maintenance and administration
• Preparing and posting job advertisements
About you
