The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Graduate Manager, this role is more than your average BAU recruitment role.

• Managing the end-to-end Graduate Recruitment with the support of an Administrator;
• Managing the entire graduate lifecycle;
• Performance management;
• Post placement support;
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Reviewing recruitment processes; and
• Providing policy advice.

To Be Successful:

• Previous Graduate Recruitment experience is ideal;
• Corporate industry experience;
• Demonstratable experience in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills; and
• Adaptable to changing circumstances.
