Graduate Registered Nurse

Brecken Health is looking for a Graduate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Our Brecken Health Graduate Induction Program will give you an introduction to practice nursing, and the knowledge and skills required to work in a General Practice environment. Our training hubs are located across the metro area;

• Ellen Health - Fremantle
• Scarborough Beach Medical Centre - Scarborough
• Shenton Park General Practice - Shenton Park 
• North Steet Medical Centre - Midland

There are part-time and full-time roles available upon completion of an 8-week supervised induction program.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Patient triage
• Assisting GP's with emergency/injury management
• Maintaining treatment room and managing patient presentations
• Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
• Vaccinations and iron infusions
• Stock control

Essential Criteria:

• Completion or near completion of your Nursing Degree.
• AHPRA nursing registration (or you meet the requirements to receive registration)
• The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask
• We utilise a range of clinical and scheduling software which requires strong computer skills
• We have a friendly and supportive team, so a positive, can-do attitude is essential
