Talent Quarter are delighted to be supporting our growing client within the Mental Health sector to add an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team.

With beautiful newly refurbished offices in West Perth, you will be joining a rapidly growing team of Mental Health professionals and administration team, whose vision is to support their clients and families in accessing neurodevelopmental assessments and Mental Health services.

The role
As the Personal Assistant to the directors, you will be responsible for supporting them in performing their daily tasks, time management and assisting with the smooth running of their days. Your main role will be to help maximise the productivity of the directors’ time to ensure the smooth running and the efficiency of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and other stakeholders
- Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
About you
To be considered for the role of Personal Assistant, you will have exceptional attention to detail with at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role. In addition to this, you will also have:
- Excellent organisational and people management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task efficiently
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Excellent working knowledge of computers, word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools
