This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Engineer with a minimum of one years experience to join a friendly, collaborative group of Engineers working within the strata/building management sector for the identification and assessment of building defects and remediation primarily to Class 2 structures.
You will benefit from a varied position with one-on-one mentoring and training as required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Degree (or similar) in Civil Engineering / Building or Construction
- a minimum of 1 years experience
- Advanced report writing skills
- Working knowledge of relevant building codes and Australian Standards for Class 2 buildings
- Excellent time management skills
- Reliable and ready to think “outside the box”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience within the strata industry would be advantageous
- Australian citizen or resident is highly regarded
- Current drivers' licence with their own reliable vehicle
Pay rate is commensurate with experience level.
