**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Supervisor to control quality and manage Site Engineering aspects of road construction and rural works projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Control and monitor quality standards on site
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing road construction and rural works projects
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide engineering support
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office and other engineering software
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
**Additional Information:**
- Remote DIDO/FIFO opportunities available
- Different rosters may apply, with most likely a 2/1 roster
