AddressTerracall and Associates is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Solicitor to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate with an interest in civil litigation to gain hands-on experience and develop their legal skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with case preparation and research
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
- Attending court hearings and client meetings
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support as required
Qualifications:
- A recent law graduate with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university
- Admission to practise or eligibility for admission as a solicitor in Tasmania
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in civil litigation in the North of Tasmania
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal research tools
