The Role:

This position is designed for Solicitors with expertise in either Personal Injury or Criminal Law, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment. The successful candidate will manage cases within their specialisation, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to our diverse client base. Bilingual candidates are particularly encouraged to apply to accommodate our multilingual clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver legal services with excellence in either Personal Injury and/or Criminal Law.

- Handle caseloads effectively, prioritising professionalism, diligence, and client satisfaction.

- Conduct thorough legal research, draft precise legal documents, and offer sound legal advice.

- Represent clients confidently in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances.

- Engage in the firm’s business development efforts and contribute to enhancing its reputation.

- Stay informed of legal developments within your field of expertise.

Requirements:

- A valid practicing certificate.

- 0 to 5+ years of PAE in Personal Injury or Criminal Law.

- Strong preference for bilingual candidates.

- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
