We are seeking a recent or upcoming Graduate to join the Energy and Process Solutions team in Melbourne in July 2024.

Are you a highly motivated team player seeking a challenging yet rewarding

This 18 month rotational program provides a unique opportunity to gain experience
and exposure to Proposals, Process Engineering,Projects and field experience
before transitioning into a permanent role.
The Graduate role will partner with HR, your Manager, Mentor, Coach and Buddy, as
we aim to help you develop your career. To succeed in this role, you will need to
think outside the box, share new ideas, take on new challenges and help WTS
continuously evolve into the leader of the resource industry.

• Relevant Engineering Degree Qualification (Chemical)
• Problem Solving: Solve problems by analyzing situations and apply critical thinking in order to resolve problems
• System Thinking: Ability to view an organization holistically and being able to examine and connect the linking parts.
• Adaptability: Having flexibility in handling change, being able to juggle multiple demands, and adapting to new situations with fresh ideas or innovative approaches.
