Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate or junior lawyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an early-career lawyer to gain valuable experience and grow professionally in a dynamic legal practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff on a wide range of legal matters, providing support and assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to our practice areas
• Draft legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and assist in keeping the team informed

Requirements:

• LLB
• Admission to the roll of lawyers in NSW, or eligibility for admission pending completion of GDLP
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary
• Previous legal experience through internships, clerkships, or other relevant positions is preferred but not required
