It's guiding people through a difficult time with legal tools and practical solutions. Educating people about their estate planning needs - how many articles have I read lately that people don't know how to ensure their superannuation goes where they want if they die!?

It's relating to people at a human level where this may be their first encounter with the law.

I like to think of estate law as "family law light" all the personalities and psychology of humans and relationships in a different setting of forward planning, problem solving, negotiating and sometimes litigating to achieve desired outcomes.

In short it's really rewarding to help people "get their sh!t in order" so to speak and provide a degree of certainty that things will work out when they're no longer around.

I want to share my knowledge and skills with you so we can spread the love of estate planning for everyone!"

An opportunity exists for a graduate/junior lawyer in succession planning, wills, powers of attorney and deceased estates. This autonomous role will see you managing a range of estate matters concurrently to satisfy client and practice needs. You will benefit from the experience and guidance of the Director as your mentor. Establishing and building strong relationships with clients is essential and the ability to demonstrate empathy, identify client's individual needs and build rapport will see you come into your own in this position.
