ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Commercial Lawyer/Law Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of interesting and challenging commercial matters including:
- Drafting legal correspondence and other documents including pleadings
- Drafting bespoke contracts such as shareholders and licence agreements
- Reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts
You:
- Have strong academics – ideally distinction average
- Are highly motivated, ambitious
- Have a keen interest in building a career in Commercial Law
- Have high attention to detail
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with clients
