Form of workProgrammed Central West are currently seeking Grain Labourers to join one of our major clients in Nyngan NSW.
In this role
Based in Nyngan NSW, Core casuals are team members who are onsite throughout the year to assist with the maintenance of the warehoused grains so no 2 days are ever the same.
As a Core casual you will work within a team to carry out a multitude of tasks including but not limited to, general site maintenance, basic repairs of equipment, cleaning, and machine operation.
Experience in a grain storage role, would be highly desirable however not essential. We seek dedicated, hardworking individuals who are reliable team players with a willingness to learn.

About Our Client
Our client is a major marketer, storer and handler of Australian grain and oilseeds, having 19 storage centers across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
With a strong team culture and a reputation for providing a safe working environment, you will report to the Site Supervisor and be an integral part of the team.
About you
- Previous experience in the grain harvest industry is highly desirable but not essential as training is provided.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the work schedule.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Excellent work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety rules
