About the role:
This is a full-time role; 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. You will need to be comfortable working with a lot of autonomy and also have the skills to collaborate with our team of designers, web developers and content creators.
On a day to day basis, you’ll be:
- Creating press-ready art and a variety of print collateral
- Creating brand identities and developing logos
- Designing website layouts, with a strong emphasis on UX
- Designing email campaigns
- Designing digital banner ads and social media graphics
- Maintaining and updating existing websites via a CMS
- Assisting with internal marketing campaigns
- Working with a team of in-house designers, web developers and copywriters to deliver projects on time and to brief
- Liaising directly with clients and suppliers
About you:
We’re looking for someone with 4-5 years experience with a good understanding of branding and layout across print and Digital. You’ll have experience crafting brand identities, creating design concepts, coding HTML/CSS and show a high attention to detail.
The nitty-gritty:
- You must be an Australian Resident to apply.
- You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Show strong attention to detail, have excellent problem solving skills and an ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to take a brief and work from concept to finished art under (sometimes ridiculous) deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage your own workflow and take on multiple projects at a time.
- You’ll be liaising with clients and our team daily (via email, phone calls and in-person meetings), so an outgoing, confident and friendly attitude is a must.
- An understanding of UX/UI, HTML/CSS or video editing would be highly regarded!

We have a close-knit, multi-discipline team of designers, developers and content creators working out of our Norwest studio. We have a relaxed, friendly environment with off-street parking and a nearby Metro railway station.
