About the Role - What's involved?
We are on the lookout for a versatile Social Media, Design, and Marketing Coordinator to contribute to our growing success. In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing our social media and community engagement strategy, and collaborating directly with the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging content for our unique target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
Content Creation & Design:
- Produce engaging content for various platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Design on-brand graphics for socials - with applications such as Canva.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts for optimized reach.
Website Oversight and Management:
- Ensure a smooth, user-friendly experience that communicates our brand on our website.
- Create and maintain stock inventory of vehicles for our Truck Sales.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a vibrant online community by responding to interactions.
- Monitor social media for brand mentions and industry conversations and collaborations.
- Encourage user-generated content and customer advocacy.
Performance and Insights:
- Report on social media performance with insights and recommendations.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Campaign Management:
- Conduct various social campaigns for incoming and available Trucks, and Parts & Accessories.
- Collaborate with Parts & Accessories, and Sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
Google/Social Media Advertising:
- Converse with our established Google Ad specialist and report back to leadership.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of all social platforms, including current trends, and best practices.
- A creative mindset, eye for detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Graphic design tools.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Web Design Skills and knowledge of website hosting platforms - Preferably Shopify.
