About the role:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who can utilise their creative flare and join our design studio as a Graphic Artist. In this role you will collaborate with our sales team, structural designers, packaging technologist and customers to create artwork for an extensive range of retail brands across different industries.
- Generate accurate artwork for the printing of flexographic, digital, and lithographic materials, specifically for the corrugated cardboard & folding carton packaging as well as Point of sale displays.
- manage the workload efficiently and effectively with the help of the internal ERP system.
- Liaise with our in-house prepress department to produce film for plate making.
About you:
- Creative mind with ability to think outside the “box.”
- Tertiary education and qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Experience working in a similar environment, preferably within the printing industry.
- Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Be a team player in a fast-paced environment that moves to meet our customer requirements and be adaptable to changing tasks when required.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
