This Graphic Design Team Lead position is a hands-on role working closely with the Creative Director to help manage the workflow of a remote team on various projects and assignments and solely responsible for the QA of client project output.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with well-developed critical thinking skills who can process, react to, and solve problems promptly as they arise. The candidate must be an experienced Graphic Designer with expertise in digital marketing, and brand and website project design and management.
The candidate leads the planning, triaging, and trafficking of incoming briefs from the business, working with the wider team to keep projects on track.

- Ensure monthly projects and activities are delivered on or before time.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and constructive feedback to the creative team, striving for quality.
- Zero client follow-ups - SAMS are kept up-to-date so clients know project statuses.
- Completion of projects on or before deadlines.
- Achieve 95% accuracy with QA on all creative works.
- Minimum of 8 years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team and various projects end-to-end.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong administration and project management skills.
- Keen eye for detail as this role is responsible for final QA on project output.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert knowledge in digital graphic production processes (online and offline).
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat). Google Docs, Dropbox, etc
- Ability to work closely with Account Managers and Creative Director to develop project briefs and maintain a high standard of quality assurance.
- Thorough grasp of marketing concepts.
- Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated during work hours.
- Strategic organization to ensure tasks and notes are actioned in the correct timeframes.
- Clear, effective, and confident communication with team members and clients.
- Efficient time management while working on multiple projects with different clients.
