We are looking for a full time, experienced Graphic Designer to work with our existing design and marketing team on a diverse range of projects from branding, marketing campaigns, corporate communication, packaging, presentations and more. The role will provide the opportunity to work within a creative team as well as the creative freedom to develop and execute designs autonomously.
The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their proficiency in graphic design, branding and visual communication.

Nocelle Foods is a leading supplier of quality Artisan foods and products throughout Australia and overseas. From our head office in Pooraka, South Australia (30 mins outside Adelaide) our internal design team craft packaging and marketing materials for a portfolio of existing brands and to launch new brands and products to market.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the companies creative vision, elevating design standards across the organisation so new brands flourish and existing brands continue to evolve and thrive.
- Assist with project coordination, keeping ongoing projects on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute design briefs and deliverables within project timelines.
- Create and present innovative design proposals, including visions, scenarios, and concepts, to visualise the desired output of projects.
- Execute campaigns for use across presentations, e-commerce, edm’s, visual merchandising, packaging, and collateral in line with the creative strategy.
- Provide finished artwork for all product and packaging components.
- Provide finished artworks for all promotional campaign collateral.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Qualities / Capabilities
- An agile and flexible approach to design, with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
- Innovative with demonstrated experience in conceptual thinking
- Showcase exceptional typography and layout skills
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the design process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying highly organised and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Confidently take ownership of projects from start to finish, from initial concept to final execution.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in both print and digital design
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
