Creative Content Producer
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in crafting visually captivating designs and animations to enhance our brand's visibility. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the entire creative journey from conceptualisation to the delivery of production-ready artwork, working across our entire precinct of brands including Shell V-Power Motorsport Park, Dragway at The Bend, Rydges Pit Lane, BIG4 The Bend Holiday Park, The Bend Kartdrome, The Bend Driver Experience, and Mallala Motorsport Park. . Additionally, you will serve as a major creative resource across all brands for the Motorsport Park and be responsible for spearheading the creative evolution of internal literature, park collateral, promotional presentation materials, paid social creative content (both static and motion), HTML display ads, image libraries, websites, and other pertinent internal and external marketing materials.

The Bend
The Bend is one of the most significant developments in Australian motorsport history. A state of the art, world-class motorsport facility, The Bend delivers an exhilarating experience for competitors, enthusiasts and spectators alike. Conveniently located one hour from Adelaide and only half a day’s drive from Melbourne. The Bend is one of a kind in providing all motorsport disciplines ‘through the one gate.’ including circuit racing for cars and motorcycles, Australia’s only purpose-built drift circuit, a CIK-FIA standard karting circuit, a rallycross circuit, an international Group 1 dragway, driver training facilities, vehicle testing facilities, a 4WD terrain park and a rally/off-road facility.
Mallala
Born in 1961 with the purpose of hosting the Australian Grand Prix, Mallala Motorsport Park is the historical home of motorsport in South Australia. Mallala hosted national events for many decades including the Australian Touring Car Championship, Australian Sports Car Championship, Shannons Nationals, and Formula 2 racing. Aside from racing, the 2.6km circuit is now utilised for driver training and experiences, car and motorcycle practice, drifting, and the annual All Historic Mallala race meeting. Go karting is a recent addition to the venue, having commenced operations at the start of June 2022.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Transform brand objectives and marketing strategies into captivating digital designs and dynamic animations
- Provide imaginative contributions to campaigns and support the deployment of both traditional and digital advertisements
- Effectively communicate across multiple mediums - print, digital, screens, motion design
- Utilise cutting-edge AI technologies to elevate creativity and optimise design workflows
- Safeguard brand consistency by enforcing official style guidelines across all brands
- Regularly update and maintain the brand toolkit as needed
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to devise strategic brand solutions for expansion or shifts in direction
- Aid in refining processes and enhancing efficiency within the creative team
- Oversee the production flow for printing and distribution of marketing materials, park collateral, ads, event materials, signage, and more
- Offer creative insights for promotional materials, campaigns, and launches in collaboration with internal departments, advertising agencies, and other stakeholders
- Proactively engage with organisational stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Assist with Driver Experiences including the Driver Experience Program at SVPMP and Dragway
- Occasional out-of-hours work will be required.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and possess significant commercial experience in a similar capacity.
- A profound grasp of visual communication and design, coupled with proficiency in Apple Mac Systems and design applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and the Microsoft suite, is essential
- Have a genuine interest in and familiarity with AI-powered design tools
- Possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and adaptability to meet the dynamic business demands.
- Have a current Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to apply for one.
