Job title: Part-time Graphic Designer - Promotional Merchandise & Apparel
Hours: 3 days per week
Salary: $35 - $40 per hour + super
KPI bonus incentives + regular salary review period

We seek a Graphic Designer passionate about designing and editing new and existing marketing and promotional materials. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
About the role:
Responsible for creating print/production-ready artwork, ensuring all logos are scaled and positioned correctly on virtual product visuals and in line with marketing/brand guidelines.
Prepare and set up artwork files for in-house printing and/or external printers.
Communicate with our Sales team to ensure a clear understanding of each project keeping a unified look and feel of corporate brands.
Interpret print specifications and ensure that the working art files match the specifications.
Producing virtual samples
Recolouring vector artwork product designs
Retouching and recolouring photographic images
Filing artwork in the required filing structure, file naming convention & file locations on the server
Re-drawing vector logos
Website banners and email / EDM Banners
Develop and manage our company's online presence across various social media platforms.
Preparing images for website platforms (e.g. re-sizing, re-naming, or optimising images for websites)
Skills and experience:
Required
2+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
Knowledge of print production.
Photo editing experience.
Preferred
A diploma or relevant degree in Graphic Design
Experience in the Promotional Merchandise industry is an asset.
Comfortable with Mac operating system.
Strong written communication and ability to interpret technical feedback and written edits.
