Graphic Design Officer
This position can be located at: Tweed Heads, Lismore, Coffs Harbour, or Port Macquarie
Part-time, permanent position. 15-hours per week, working across 2-3 days.
Start date to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Work Requirements:
- A current/valid Australian Driver’s Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment.
- A National Police Check.
- Requirement to travel between locations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design; or similar with at least three years' recent experience in a similar role; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
Work Experience:
- At least three years’ recent experience in a similar role, with demonstrated capability to produce professional designs that are engaging and adhere to organisational standards.
Key Capabilities:
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and proficient in using Canva and Google Workplace (Drive, Docs and Slides).
- The ability to quickly understand the internal and external environment of the Lismore Diocese and the broader education sector in which it operates.
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering designs from the initial brief to the final product.
- The ability to liaise directly with project stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes.
- The ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team, as well as working effectively across all stakeholder groups as required.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time effectively utilising available resources.
- Following and meeting established protocols in relation to service delivery, confidentiality and child protection.
