- Act as a brand custodian to deliver aspirational, engaging, and consistent output in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage the design service for all mediums across all departments including signage, point of sale, print materials, sales, collateral, HTML digital output, advertising, and invitations.
- Oversee all print jobs including press checks, manage press schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure ATC graphics and sponsors logos are in suitable format for viewing on the venue big screens.
- The position has autonomy in determining the design priorities for day-to-day activities within the marketing department’s business plan.
- Liaise with staff to understand the objective of their design jobs, discuss the brief, and agree timelines.
- Demonstrate design innovation while working to agreed budgets and deadlines

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
- 4+ years relevant experience with extensive work in corporate Graphic Design, and multimedia/web technologies
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio across concept creation, design and delivery across print graphic design and digital design for a corporate brand
- Excellent knowledge of brand, design, typography and printing processes and techniques
- Experience with Adobe CS6 and up including photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Flash and Acrobat Professional.
- CSS, HTML, and an understanding of content management Systems is preferred but not essential
