About This Opportunity
As the Graphic Designer, you will be the key member of our Marketing team and oversee the creation and production of all print and digital marketing promotions in Australia and internationally, including website design, point of sale material, social media content, catalogues, trade and consumer advertising and internal communication material.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with the implementation of Floracell’s marketing and communications strategies, in alignment with the business goals.
- Manage the marketing and communications assets, including the image library, newsletters, regular reports, and website news articles.
- Design and oversee regular production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email templates, and online and offline media graphics.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to create new campaign content weekly, including design, writing, editing, and distribution of content.
- Work closely with external advertising agencies and business partners, to develop and create content that stands out in the world of online and offline promotions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining brand consistency across a significant number of assets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest design trends and best practices.
About You
You will demonstrate:
- A relevant qualification and/or extensive experience in graphic design.
- Experience in a professional environment working with graphic design software.
- Solid design skills across a range of design projects in print and digital media.
- Be well organized, have high time management skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritise projects and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
- Understanding the management of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content utilizing best-use software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
