The Role:
Embark on a creative journey as a Graphic Designer with our Wellness by Design team. This role involves contributing to the marketing, promotion, and operational success of Compass Group programs and services through innovative design solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will collaborate on diverse projects, ensuring brand alignment and delivering impactful visual materials for both internal and external audiences.
Your key responsibilities as the Graphic Designer will include refreshing and updating brand templates for effective brand management, creating bespoke design concepts aligned with brand guidelines for site collateral, designing, producing, formatting, printing, and dispatching high-quality materials, collaboration with operators and business managers to provide design support for business development and operational needs, mobilisation support across sectors to maximise consumer participation from day one, monitoring industry trends and contributing ideas for marketing and merchandising strategies, maintaining a strong portfolio showcasing outstanding graphic design, typography, and branding skills and ensuring compliance with licensing and data protection in all design outputs.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Highly desirable: Familiarity with Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong typography, typesetting, and layout skills.
- Experience in branding, campaign, and advertising work across print, social, and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage projects from initial concept to final delivery within tight deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of printing processes and external supplier management.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to different brands.
- Passion for hospitality and food service.
