ROLE DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for all creative and visual assets for the business and its brands, ensuring they are on-brand, consistent and of a high quality across all B2B and B2C touchpoints.
The Graphic Designer must have a sound understanding of each brand’s aesthetic/identity and maintain and nurture the distinction between them. With a strong creative instinct, an eye for detail and keen interests in fashion and retail, the Graphic Designer will continually innovate and elevate our brands’ visual communications in a way that resonates with our key audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design seasonal range lookbooks for both brands to tight deadlines
- Retouch, re-colour and edit product images for lookbooks as needed
- Design marketing assets for wholesale and stockists, including presentations, signage, POS material, web banners, etc.
- Create weekly EDMs for both brands
- Design creative assets in a suite of specs and formats for digital advertising campaigns
- Design creative assets for social media in static and video formats
- Support the E-commerce Specialist with product image selection and retouching for the websites
- Support the E-commerce Specialist with designing banners and other assets for the websites
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and the latest formats in digital and social marketing
- Develop new concepts for digital marketing assets and website layouts and look & feel
- Work closely with the Senior Fashion Designers and Head of Marketing on campaign image selects
- Liaise with external photographers and other graphics suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all images
- Review all image assets and initiate any retouching, re-colouring and editing as needed
- Maintain the visual presentation and consistency of our brands across all touchpoints and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure visual outputs are on brand, high-quality and delivered on time
- Keep up to date with graphic design trends and innovations and present new design concepts to continually elevate our brands
- Produce and update graphics and collateral as required for the broader business, including logos and presentations
- Ad hoc creative projects
- Assist on on-site and off-site photoshoots
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
