We are entering an exciting phase of our business and are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the development of marketing collateral and brand materials (both print and digital).
As a Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure our brand materials are on-brand and impactful. This is such an exciting time to join as we are elevating and transforming our brand.
With this part-time role (3 days a week hybrid), your primary objective is to provide strong, on-brand graphic design and finished art to support our business goals and brand marketing strategy.
Your major responsibilities will include:
- Completion of trade marketing collateral (such as brochures, EDMs, flyers, social tiles, packaging, in store collateral) & demonstrate design initiative and theory.
- Completion of digital assets including social media and website assets
- Development and execution of internal communication material
- Design: conceptualize and develop graphic applications including brand books, logos, corporate identity, and TVC titles from concept to completion
- Stay updated on design trends, layout, typeface knowledge, and colour palettes, contributing creative ideas and artwork to briefs.
- Maintenance of work stream and the ability to prioritise multiple projects at once.
- Communicate and collaborate with Marketing team, other internal stakeholders and agency partner(s) if applicable
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Formal qualifications in graphic design and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a professional environment working with graphic design software (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Lightroom, Canva etc)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid design skills across a range of design projects in print and digital media.
- Must be well organised (time management) and have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise projects and complete tasks with conflicting deadlines.
- Understanding the management of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content utilizing best-use software.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365/SharePoint, with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage files within these platforms.
