Sound interesting? Read on...An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Design Manager to join the team! This role will see you take ownership of creative outputs and help take the brand forward with strong concepts & creative vision, building our brand with millions of fans around the world each day.Day to day, you will:

• Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts that will maximise revenue/conversion, meeting business objectives within our target audience
• Understand the Showpo brand and ensure all outputs resonate with our target audience
• Manage all creative assets and evolve design mediums including digital design & execution, video content, print and other media as required. Ensure we are constantly innovating and concepting creatives that help evolve our brand identity
• Ensure all designs are to the optimal standard for each platform; Email, organic social, paid social, digital and video
• Lead the design team with strong campaign art-direction, ensuring it is aligned to the brand guidelines
• Work closely with the Junior Creative Manager to bring to life the vision for each campaign through strong Graphic Design, art direction & post production, ensuring they are impactful, engaging, and cohesive across all platforms & create a strong & recognisable handwriting for the brand
• Take creative briefs from the Showpo wider team and ensure they are executed on time and to budget
• Ensure the output of the Graphic Design team is to a high standard, and in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure OKR and campaign reporting is complete, and feedback loops/retro's are completed to make design improvements for the future
• Build and maintain excellent and collaborative working relationships with other departments, to deliver excellent ideas and execution
• Be on the pulse of the latest design & social trends as well as being up to date with content from our competitors

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years experience in Graphic Design
• Previous experience working within the fashion industry highly regarded
• Good knowledge & understanding of the kind of design content that is widely viewed & shared across social media
• Fully conversant in After Effects or other video editing programs and the adobe suite
• Creative thinker who can display examples of confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating with key stakeholders to design innovative assets for the business
• Good knowledge of social design trends and approaches across Email, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube & IGTV
• Demonstrated experience in leading a project from concept of design through to artwork and completion
• Ability to work across multiple projects
• Strong understanding of campaign development & executions
• Enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated team player who is confident in exploring new ways of working
• Experience managing a small and dedicated team
