Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design visually stunning graphics for digital and print media.
- Edit and produce high-quality content, from brand development to advertising campaigns, promotional videos, and social media assets.
- Provide creative direction and strategic guidance to ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence across all visual assets.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop integrated creative campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia storytelling techniques.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand target audience preferences and behaviours.
- Optimise visual content for different platforms and devices to maximise reach and engagement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets.
