Responsibilities:
As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Handling Quoting and Invoicing through Xero, diligently following up on customer quotes.
- Showcasing your creative prowess by crafting compelling artwork for our valued customers using Adobe Illustrator.
- Delivering top-notch Customer Service through various channels – phone, email, online, and face-to-face interactions.
- Coordinating and creating bookings for exciting new projects.
- Ensuring seamless communication with new inquiries and existing projects at every stage of processing.
- Maintaining precise customer records within our CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
