About Pressroom Philanthropy

We support over 50 local charities through financial donations and pro bono marketing services, including creative design, printing, digital content creation, and tactical marketing support. As we grow, we're excited to welcome a creative, energetic and experienced Graphic Designer to our team to help us produce engaging content for our Charity Partners.

The Role

This position offers the rare chance to significantly impact our diverse portfolio of emerging Melbourne-based Charity Partners. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll collaborate closely with inspiring charity leaders, utilising your creativity and content creation skills to develop concepts and produce visually stunning and impactful designs for print, digital assets, ads, social media, and event collateral. You'll work in our Melbourne CBD in-house design and print studio, equipped with the latest trends, tools, and techniques.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere), Microsoft Office Suite and Canva. 

• Relevant qualifications in visual communications or graphic design (degree or equivalent).

• Demonstrated resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.

• Experience in creating content for social media platforms.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with the team and Charity Partners.

• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

You are confident and articulate, able to pitch creative concepts and capture detailed briefs for charity-led ideas. You will become a design thought leader for our Charity Partners, bringing fresh ideas on presentation, implementation, and repurposing materials to maximize content creation impact.
