Dynamic Code is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Dynamic Code is a creative growth agency that develops advertising, web-based software, websites, and solutions for customer acquisition through digital advertising, print media, and systems for scale.
The Jyst of it
To be honest, I hate the job posts you see on here. They’re paragraphs long of “we are excited to collaborate with a” and “Are you passionate about joining a high-performing team of?” Blah Blah.
I’m not going to waste your time with a bunch of mumbo jumbo written by Holly from HR (Sorry Holly); so I’ll get right to it.
We’re looking for a person who’s experienced in creative design, whatever it is.
We prefer smart creatives and intelligent problem solvers with a willingness to learn new things.
We’re looking for someone with a Growth Mindset, who enjoys a challenge and is willing to learn the things they don’t know.
This is a part-time/contract role, with 3-5 days per week available. If you’re great and love the type of projects we work on, you’ll likely be asked to come on board with more of a full-time position.
In this role, you will be:
• Designing custom websites and layouts in Figma.
• Creating stunning visuals in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Developing websites using Elementor.
• Creating email campaigns in Active Campaign + MailChimp.
• Assisting with web-based software and application projects.
• Managing ongoing and existing client WordPress websites.
• Supporting the team across multiple projects.
• Writing content and copy (probably with Chat GPT - so that’s easy).
• Finding solutions across a range of diverse problems.
• Building businesses from the ground up.
• Working with large corporate entities.
Experience in any of these will help you in this position:
• Figma
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Elementor
• WordPress
• Active Campaign
• Facebook Ads
• cPanel
